Terms of Service
PostStride is operated by LLAMA AI LTD. These terms govern your use of PostStride at poststride.app, a tool for scheduling and publishing posts to Instagram, Threads, YouTube and TikTok. By creating an account or using PostStride you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Platform terms
PostStride publishes through the official APIs of each platform. When you connect an account you also agree to that platform’s terms:
- By using PostStride with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. PostStride uses YouTube API Services; see also the Google Privacy Policy.
- Instagram: Instagram Terms of Use. Threads: Threads Terms of Use.
- TikTok: TikTok Terms of Service, including its Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy when they apply.
Your account
- Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Your content
- You keep all rights to the content you upload. You give PostStride the permission needed to store it, process it and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service.
- You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to publish it, including music, images and anything third parties appear in.
- You must disclose commercial content where a platform requires it.
Acceptable use
Do not use PostStride to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to spam, to circumvent platform limits or rules, or to interfere with the service or other users.
The service
- Publishing depends on the platforms’ APIs, which can reject, delay, restrict or change how content is published (for example, applying visibility restrictions). PostStride shows you the result of each post but cannot guarantee that a platform publishes it.
- PostStride is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, PostStride is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost content, reach or revenue.
- We may change or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Ending your use
You can stop using PostStride at any time: disconnect your social accounts or delete your PostStride account from the Accounts page. See Data deletion for the confirmation steps, cleanup status and backup-retention details.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
